2. No Refund Policy

This is because our WhatsApp Business Solution services are activated immediately upon payment and incur costs for setup and provisioning. Users should carefully review our service offerings before making a purchase decision. They can cancel their subscription at any time to ensure they are not charged for the next billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

3. Non-Refundable Services

All WapShark services, such as the charges for a WapShark Plan, WhatsApp Message Credits, Add-ons or any third-party integrations, are non-refundable due to the nature of the service and the costs incurred by WapShark to provide these services. This includes one-time chatbot development and other one-time setup payments.

If a user experiences continuous technical issues that prevent them from using the service effectively, and if these issues are verified by WapShark’s support team, a partial or full refund may be granted at WapShark’s discretion.
